basic phone lines, and install. You can start using your EconoISP
service in no time. EconoISP will mail you a software disk if
you so choose or are unable to download online.
Do I need to have a special browser to
use the EconoISP Internet Service?
- No. EconoISP is compatible with all browsers. All computers
come with a browser pre-installed. EconoISP internet service
can be used with any web browser on your computer, whether it's
the Netscape browser, Microsoft Internet Explorer, or any other
browser.
Will I get the e-mail address I want?

Does EconoISP provide free customer service?
- Yes. We provide free email support (click
here) and free telephone support as needed. EconoISP prefers
that customers use email support, unless live phone support
is necessary. This enables EconoISP to retain the low rate price
structure for all members. Remember, EconoISP internet service
is as low as only $7.40 per month. Members also have access
to free email support and free phone support for any billing
questions. Technical support is also available through the support
pages. Our Support Pages provide a great detailed step-by-step
guide on how to setup your computer for EconoISP.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
- We accept all major Credit Cards - American Express, Discover
Card, MasterCard, Visa.
- We also accept PayPal payments.
- If you prefer, we also accept mail/fax payments. You can fax
or mail us your credit card information, or you can mail us
a check or money order. In case of payment by check or money
order, we must receive your next month's payment before the
25th to prevent any disruption of service. If you wish to send
payments by check or money order, we recommend that you sign
up for at least 6 months.
